I’ve given up the email-based format of Earth Tree News… Too much scrolling / manual indexing for me! You will still receive Earth Tree News as a Summary of 30 or so articles divided up by region, it’s just that now the summary will only be an index with links, no more summarized articles included below anymore, which means a much, much smaller email size to download.

And of course I know many of you don’t like change. So if you still want to experience Earth Tree News in the old school style just subscribe to this new yahoogroup: forestpolicyresearch-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and select the digest mail delivery function. If you don’t select the digest the list will send you an individual tree news post for each article (about 20 a day) .

Also, if you have a phone with a decent web browser you can get text-messages sent to your phone that will have an individual link for each tree
